Biography

Professor Tabulawa is the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Higher Education, Botswana. Professor Tabulawa has extensive experience in education policy, curriculum development, and pedagogy. Professor Tabulawa has served as Dean at the University of Botswana and Acting Director at the Centre for Continuing Education. Professor Tabulawa has authored influential works on teacher education and culturally responsive pedagogies in Sub-Saharan Africa
