Biography

Dr.Namujju (PhD, PMP, Ing.) is an electrical engineer, energy economist, policy analyst, and Business AI Strategist with over 15 years of experience in sustainable energy systems and innovation leadership. Dr.Namujju is also a lecturer at the College of Engineering, Makerere University, working at the intersection of technology, policy, and institutional development. Her research and advisory work focus on productive energy use in rural communities and the deployment of digital and IoT solutions in engineering systems. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to advance energy access, e-mobility, and agro-industrial value chains. Dr. Namujju provides cross-sector insights on how innovative energy and digital solutions can drive transformation across Africa’s engineering and agricultural systems.
