How it works
Four steps from filling in the form to collecting your badge in Lusaka.
Fill in your details on the registration form. You will be asked for the passport details needed for your invitation letter.
We email your official invitation letter for visa purposes, together with a proforma invoice for the applicable fee.
Pay online or by bank transfer using the details on your invoice, then upload your proof of payment from the invoice page.
Once the secretariat verifies your payment you receive a confirmation email, and your badge is ready for collection at the registration desk in Lusaka.
