Two steps
Exhibiting takes two separate actions: an Expression of Interest by email, and online registration. Both are required.
Email the secretariat describing what you would like to exhibit and how it speaks to the AGM theme. Successful applicants receive the detailed exhibition guidelines and logistical arrangements.
Register online, answering Yes to “Are you registering as an exhibitor?” and entering how many booths you need. You are invoiced $300 per booth plus your conference registration fee.
Online registration is mandatory for all exhibitors and participants. To support proper planning and logistics, participation can only be confirmed once you have completed the online registration process and payment has been received and verified.
