Dr. Mahaman Bachir Saley

Biography
Dr. Saley is a Senior Scientific Officer in charge of water and natural resources at the African Union Commission’s Education, Science Technology and Innovation (ESTI). Dr. Saley holds a PhD in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems from the Felix HOUPHOUET BOIGNY University, Abidjan – Cote d’Ivoire. Dr. Saley has worked with many international institutions with experience in hydrology, climate change, disaster and risk reduction. Dr. Saley’s work at the African Union Commission focuses on long term management of water and natural Resources management.
